YouTube, Instagram & LinkIn are growing nicely
We see a growth in the use of YouTube, Instagram and LinkIn. In another study by Newcom and Jimmy’s, on the digital mia use among children, young people and parents, it is also clear that YouTube is lov.
It is therefore not without reason that Julia Helmich recently wrote that YouTube really should not be missing from your social marketing list mia strategy. The platform dominates the streaming world and leaves Netflix, Disney+ and HBO Max behind: no childish thing, you have to do something with it.
A decline can be seen at X and Facebook
Last year I found it very surprising that X had grown in usage, given all the developments on that newcom result number of daily used platforms platform . But this year there has been a significant decline, of no less than 14%. I personally think it probably took a while before people really made the decision to leave the platform, or were perhaps still curious about the changes.
Facebook also shows a small decline, of 2%.
